I am linking up with
Bunting, Books, and Bainbridge for her Show Us Your Stuff linky.
I haven't done too much shopping for school, other than TPT and Dollar Tree. The school stuff isn't really out yet at Target or Walmart because school doesn't start until September 3rd for most of us in Minnesota. That hasn't completely stopped me, though!!
Here is what I have picked up. You can see that I have a lime green theme going this year. Our school mascot is a frog and for PBIS we give the kids "Ribbit Tickets" so I thought a lime green frog theme would be cute and school-spirited!

Pots from the Dollar Spot at Target. I'm going to use these for either markers or pencil cups...TBD! |
|
Check out these awesome containers from the Dollar Tree. They are the right size for crayons and also fit note cards perfectly. I love them because they don't have slats/holes like most containers this size for crayons! |
|
These are also from Dollar Tree. I plan to store glue sticks and scissors for each table in them. |
|
Okieee. worst pic ever right here! But they're more Dollar Tree finds...clothespins (I am going to Modge Podge something cute on them and use for hanging student work) and some note cards! |
|
Fresh Sharpies for all that labeling! And card stock for the PILES of TPT units I've purchased and need t print. |
Well, those are my finds for back-to-school so far. Nothing too exciting yet! Hope you link up with Christina for the linky!
Nice finds, Kel! Can't wait to see you soon!

When I went to the Dollar Tree they only had one of those green containers left! You must have gotten there before I did! Nice find!!

I scored on the clothes pins too. They are getting hard to find and the packs at Michaels Crafts are way expensive.
ReplyDeleteI like your lime color.

Careful with the clothes pins from Dollar Tree. Yes they are cheap...but they also fall apart! I tried to have my students use them for a library check out (so they would know what bucket they took their book out of) they were constantly falling apart and I was having to put them back together because they are rather tricky.
ReplyDeleteHope they work better for you than they did for me!!!

Hey Lady,
DeleteThanks for the tip...I am planning on hot gluing them to a wall to hang up student work, so hopefully they will stay together well if the kiddos aren't using them! Who knows though!
I love the Dollar Tree! Looks like you found some great stuff! I love back to school shopping too. :)
